We are looking for outgoing, passionate, friendly, hard workers to round out our team! We offer a fun, fast paced and team-oriented environment! Offshore Fishing trips include Dolphin / Sunset Cruises, 3hr Bay Trips,6hr, 9hr, 12hr on two 80ft+ head boats.
Responsibilities
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner while providing outstanding customer service.
- Help create memorable experiences for our customers.
- Handling of fish in a safe and proper manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to keep the boat / boat dock clean and organized at all times.
- Provide information to customers about fishing charters, fish house, bait, and tackle.
- Maintain safe environment for customers and crew.
- Accomplishing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Understanding of safety policies and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- New hires will be required to go on a sea trial to test for seasickness.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from Port Aransas
- Mandatory drug testing for Maritime Consortium
- Not required-added value: Knowledge of fishing and boating industry.
